Wellington Phoenix’s latest signing is a classy Italian defender who comes to New Zealand after playing in both the Serie A and Serie B competitions. Marco Rossi represented Italy up to under-21 level and is set to forge a solid central defensive partnership with Captain Andrew Durante this season. Rossi is the first Italian player to join the Phoenix.
