Fan Representative Group

Since late 2023, the Fan Representative Group [FRG] has been entrusted to bring to the club questions, issues and feedback from the wider fanbase. They meet with selected members of the Phoenix management staff on at least a quarterly basis, and the chair also meets with APL and all other club chairs to chat about league wide issues and the wider fan experience. To submit any questions or issues to the FRG, please send an email to wellingtonphoenixfrg@gmail.com and one of the team will be able to pass the questions on.

Please note, not all questions will be answered and not all emails will be able to be responded to, however the team endeavours to answer as many queries as possible. Minutes from all Phoenix club meetings with the FRG will be posted publicly on this page, as well as the “Wellington Phoenix Fans” Facebook group.

Meetings for the 2026/27 season will be scheduled in due course and are expected to commence in October 2026.
