Fixture changes: confirmation of Rnd 7 rescheduling and Rnd 20 change

Football Federation Australia (FFA) can today advise two changes to the Hyundai A-League 2017/18 Season Draw following consultation with stakeholders.

Western Sydney Wanderers FC’s postponed Hyundai A-League 2017/18 Season Round 7 home match against Wellington Phoenix will now be played on Sunday, 11 February 2018 at ANZ Stadium (kick-off 7pm AEDT / 9pm NZT).

In November last year FFA, together with Western Sydney Wanderers FC, postponed the Round 7 fixture due to unsatisfactory pitch conditions at Spotless Stadium.

The Round 7 fixture will now be played alongside two fixtures in Round 20 (Split Round).

Due to the re-scheduling of the Round 7 fixture, FFA can also advise that Wellington Phoenix’s Round 20 (Split Round) home match against Perth Glory at Westpac Stadium has been shifted from Saturday, 10 February 2018 to Saturday, 17 February 2018.

Kick-off in Wellington’s home match against Perth will remain at 7.35pm NZT (5.35pm AEDT).

NOTE: Existing tickets for Saturday 10 February 2018 will still be valid for the rescheduled date of Saturday 17 February 2018 at Westpac Stadium – ticket holders will not have to reapply, have re-issued.
