Melbourne, Muscat-s home city, hasn-t been a happy hunting ground for the Phoenix during their time in the Hyundai A-League, and with games against the Heart and Victory in the next eight days the defender is looking for a winning start against the Heart.
“We haven-t done that well there in the past, but we have turned our lack of form on the road round this season so there is no reason why we can-t do well there,” Muscat said.
“It will be great to have Neveah there with (wife) Rebecca and the family, and hopefully she will bring us some luck.
“These next two games are really important because they can justify where we are in the league.
“While we are obviously targeting six points from the two games I would be quite happy to come home with four.
“It won-t be easy because Heart will be looking to cement their place in a finals spot so we have to go and put pressure on them from the start.
“We have really turned our form on the road around with four wins in the last five so if we continue what we have been doing there is no reason why we can-t get points.”
The Phoenix will remain in Melbourne between games, a scenario that worked well when they based themselves in Australia between the games with Gold Coast United and Newcastle Jets..
Coach Ricki Herbert is likely to go with the same squad against Heart on Saturday that took three points off Gold Coast at Westpac Stadium on Sunday with Tony Lochhead, who missed that match through illness, being added.
