Huawei Gets In Behind Phoenix Season Tickets


To celebrate the launch of the new Huawei P9 and the Phoenix reaching 10 years in the A-League, Huawei are giving away a Silver Phoenix Season Ticket with every Huawei P9 and P9 Plus sold from July 4 to July 17.

Huawei New Zealand Director of Public Affairs Andrew Bowater said Huawei was excited to help mark 10 Years of the Phoenix.

“We are passionate supporters of the club and have been hugely grateful for how the Phoenix, and the fans, have embraced Huawei since we came on board in 2013. We celebrated our own 10 year anniversary last year in New Zealand and it’s great to see the Phoenix at the same milestone today.

“The P9 is the ideal device for this promotion because, with its ground-breaking dual lens camera technology, co-engineered with Leica, it’s the perfect smartphone for Phoenix fans to get incredible pictures of the action in the stadium.

Phoenix General Manager David Dome said the Club was thrilled with the support from Huawei.

The offer runs for two weeks and starts from Monday 4 July.

Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Claims are only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Claimants under 18 years old must have a parent’s / guardian’s permission to make a

claim. The Promoter may require the parent or guardian to sign these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry.

The Promotion commences at 9.00am NZST on 04/07/2016 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on 17/07/2016 (“Purchase Period”).

The promoter reserves the right to change the purchase period without notice.

Claims must be completed within ten days days from promotion close off date of 17/07/2016.

The right to make a claim under this promotion is not transferrable or exchangeable and applies to the original purchaser only.


To be eligible to claim, individuals must purchase (lay-by, duty- free and wholesale purchases excluded) any Eligible Product (defined below) from a participating Huawei New Zealand authorised dealer during the Purchase Period and while stocks last.

Parallel imported goods including those not purchased in New Zealand are not eligible.

Send a clear copy of the proof of purchase including contact details to phoenix@ticketek.co.nz

Claimants will be sent a confirmation email once verification is completed by the Phoenix hotline including delivery and registration details for a Silver Phoenix Season Pass.

If the serial number and the proof of purchase do not match the details submitted by the claimant or if claims have already been made by the claimant and for the Participating Product, the claim will be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible claim. The eligible claimant will not be entitled to receive the allocated Bonus Gift until the Promoter has received the required documentation and verified the claim.



The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

Only one claim permitted per Participating Product; each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements.

Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion or any part of the promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control adversely affects the Promoter’s ability to conduct the promotion or part of the promotion as contemplated in these terms and conditions, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any consumer product warranties already provided by the Promoter, any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any other implied warranties under any similar consumer protection laws in New Zealand

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, corruption or destruction of data stored by a repair claimant on the Eligible Products, loss or damage to third party hardware or software or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

The Promoter will not be liable for any season passes lost in transit.

The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers.
