We can’t wait to welcome you to Sky Stadium this Waitangi Day, bring the noise and back the Nix.
The action kicks off with the Phoenix women vs Perth Glory at 4pm, followed by the Phoenix men vs Melbourne Victory at 7pm in a huge double-header.

Tickets

EzyTicket and mobile tickets are available for this match. You can print your ticket at home or download it to your smartphone right up until kick-off.

Before arriving, please: Turn your screen brightness to full. Check for any screen cracks that might affect the barcode scan. If your screen is damaged, print your ticket to ensure smooth entry.

If you step out between matches, please scan out at the security booth (far left) so you can re-enter later. If you’re heading home, no need to scan out.

Accessible seating is available to purchase online through Ticketek.

12.00pm: Online car park sales stop

1.00pm: Car park opens

3.00pm: Box office

3.30pm: Gates open

Pre-game: Fuel your Nix pride at the Merch Store (Aisle 23), then head to the OPPO Duracade (Aisle 29) for some pre-game fun before the action begins. Be in the stands for the whakatau (team call-out) delivered by Te Āti Awa.

4.00pm: Women Kick off

Half-Time (approx. 4.45pm): Stick around in the stands for half-time to see a kapa haka performance.

Full-time (approx. 5:50pm): Head to the southern end of the pitch for a signing session, thanks to McDonald’s.

As night falls, the energy lifts. The Phoenix men take the field following a whakataudelivered by Te Āti Awa, with the E Ihowā Atua (NZ national anthem) performed by Wellingtonian and professional singer Callan James.

7.00pm: Men Kick off

Half-Time: At half-time, be part of a shared moment as “Tūtira Mai Ngā Iwi” fills the stadium, led by Callan James with fans encouraged to join in.

Post-match: After full-time for your Phoenix men, head to the South End of Sky Stadium for a signing session.

Stay Safe: If you have security concerns or notice any patron issues, text 5454 anonymously to alert Sky Stadium security.

Getting to the Venue
Sky Stadium is situated at 105 Waterloo Quay, Pipitea, Wellington. Please refer to your ticket for the correct entrance gate. Find directions to Sky Stadium here.

Public Transport 
Plan your journey to Sky Stadium using the full range of public transport options available on the Metlink website. Be sure to check the timetable and plan ahead to ensure a smooth trip.

Will trains be running?
Yes Trains will be running at their usual weekday scheduled times on the Hutt Valley, Kāpiti, Johnsonville and Wairarapa Lines.

Are there extra bus services?

No, there are no additional bus services.  

Will the ferry be running and at what times?

Yes, the ferry will be running on its standard weekday timetable. 


How much will I pay for my trip to the game?
Weekday fares apply when using Snapper. We recommend using Snapper to tag on and off. It’s the most affordable way to pay. Check the journey planner for your trip fares.

How much will kids pay for travel to the match?

Children under 5 years old travel for free anytime on Metlink buses, trains, and ferries, if they travel with another passenger who is at least 10 years old. For the most affordable way to pay, we recommend that kids use their Snapper cards to tag on and off instead of using cash.

Parking

Car parking is available to pre-purchase online through Ticketek for $34. If you require a mobility car park, please request this using the Sky Stadium online form, at least 24 hours prior to the event. Please note once purchased, this is non-refundable.
