The fixtures for the 2025 National League Championship have been unveiled, with the Wellington Phoenix men’s and women’s reserves ready to take on New Zealand’s most high-profile clubs.
The men’s reserves will play five games at Fraser Park, the home of the Wellington Phoenix, while the women’s reserves enjoy four games at home.
There are a number of eye-catching clashes for both sides, with the men’s reserves visiting the Auckland FC reserves for their first ever meeting in round 2, and hosting newly minted professional club Christchurch United in round 3.
And a Kate Sheppard Cup final rematch will take place for the women’s reserves at home against Auckland United in round 4.
The academy is coming off two successful Central League campaigns, with the men’s reserves finishing fourth and the women’s U-18 side securing second place.
The Youth National League will also take place over the coming months, with the girls’ competition getting underway this weekend.
Every game of the Dettol National League Championship will be broadcast live and free on FIFA+.
