2026/27 MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM UPDATE
We have moved to a new and improved membership platform to make managing your membership easier. What this means for you:
Login details: To access your account, you must now log in using the primary account holder’s email address. You will be required to reset your password and verify your account the first time you log in. Reset your password and verify your account HERE.
Payment plans: Payment plans are still available, but we are no longer using Debit Success. If you were previously on a part payment plan, your payment details have not been transferred to the new platform. To renew your membership, you will need to log in and update your credit card details. See more about this in the Enter / Update Payment Details section below.
2026-27 KEY TIMELINES
Below are the key dates for renewing and/or members for the 2026/27 season:
KEY DATES
21 July: Existing ticketed members can log in and check their renewal plan. You can complete the purchase or set it up to be renewed and charged on 4 August (or set up a payment plan).
4 August: Auto-renewing members and pay-later members will be charged for their memberships. Unpaid member seats will be released. New members can now purchase, including Macca’s Junior Nix and supporter members.
18 August: Earlybird pricing ends. Flexi memberships (Triple Nix and Nix Six) go on sale.
Early September: Merch shipments begin.
18 October: First home men’s match.
1 November: Last date to purchase a membership on a part-payment plan.
Important note: Reserved Seat Renewing Members’ current seating allocations will remain on hold until Tuesday 4th August, 2026. Once this deadline has passed, we cannot guarantee a member’s same seat will still be available.
Payment Info
What payment options are available to pay for my Membership?
All members will automatically roll over as renewing members in the same category and seat as the 2026/27 season if they have selected auto-renewal. We encourage members to log in and confirm all of their details are correct in the new system ahead of the roll over and payment date on Tuesday, 4th August.
PAYMENT PLANS
At checkout, you can select one of four payment options available:
- Pay Now
- Pay Later (your card will be charged on 4 August). Available for selection until 3 August.
- Monthly instalments: 25% deposit on purchase date* then three more payments on the same date of following months. Available for selection until 1 November.
- Fortnightly instalments: 12.5% deposit on purchase date* then seven more payments on the same day in fortnightly increments. Available for selection until 1 November.
* Part payment plans selected prior to 4 August, will have their first payment deducted on 4 August and each successive payment exactly a fortnight or month later.
Part payment plans selected from 5 August onwards will have their first payment deducted immediately and each successive payment exactly a fortnight or month later.
If you had a part-payment plan via Debit Success last season, we do not retain your card info, so you will need to re-enter it.
In the case of failed payments, we will re-attempt payment the day after the failed payment, then again 3 days later, then a week later. If the payment still has not been processed on the final retry date with no contact, we reserve the right to cancel your membership with no refund for previous successful payments. After the first failed payment, each successive failed payment will incure a $4.95 fee charged automatically.
MERCH
Why is merch separate from my membership this year?
Last season’s fan survey was clear: over 75% of you wanted a lower-priced membership with merch as an optional extra, or didn’t want merch at all. Previously, an additional $30 was added to every membership to fund a merch pack for everyone. This season, every membership comes with a digital member card only, nothing else added to the price. If you want physical merch, that’s a separate, optional purchase.
How do I choose and buy a merch pack?
Take a look at the packs below to decide what’s for you. Once you’ve paid for your membership, you’ll be redirected straight to the merch page to buy a pack. If you miss that step, there’s a link in your confirmation email so you can purchase one anytime after.
What’s included in each pack?
- Pack 1 – The Basics ($12 plus shipping): Member card, lanyard and button.
- Pack 2 – Game Day ($30 plus shipping): The Basics, plus scarf, keyring, bumper sticker and fixture magnet.
- Pack 3 – Out and About ($30 plus shipping): The Basics, plus cross body bag, notebook, luggage tag and fixture magnet.
- Pack 4 – The Fan Cave ($30 plus shipping): The Basics, plus mouse pad, Velcro can cooler, bottle opener and fixture magnet.
Which memberships are eligible for a merch pack?
All memberships can choose a pack, except Triple Nix and Nix Six flexi memberships, which aren’t eligible for merch packs.
What if I’m buying packs for more than one member?
Enter a member name against each pack at checkout, so we can match it to the correct QR code on that membership.
What about the fixture magnet?
The A5 fixture magnet may not be included when your pack first arrives, production waits on the ALW fixture release, so it’s added once the women’s draw is confirmed. If this affects your pack, we’ll email you with when and where to collect it on a game day. International members will have theirs shipped free of charge. Note the magnet shows home matches for the men’s and women’s teams only, due to space.
When will my pack arrive?
The first shipment is expected to ship in early September, arriving by mid-to-late September.
How will i receive the merch pack?
Membership cards and packs are sent via the New Zealand Post, make sure your address is up to date in the member portal so delivery goes smoothly. The exception is the Basics pack: if you buy it before 18 August, at $17, the Basics is a pick-up pack, collected in person on a set collection day (For example, the first game of the season), rather than shipped. If you buy the Basics after 18 August, it changes to $29 and is shipped straight to you instead.
