Wellington Phoenix’s principal partner, Huawei, is paying for public transport to and from the match to help make it easier for Aucklanders to see the Phoenix play.
Huawei New Zealand Deputy Managing Director, Andrew Bowater, said “Huawei loves bringing the Phoenix up to Auckland and as an early Christmas present we’re happy to offer free public transport to Eden Park for this game.”
Wellington Phoenix General Manager David Dome said the club is delighted to be able offer fans free transport to the game.
“This year, the way Huawei has got in behind this Eden Park match is truly outstanding. We’re thrilled that Huawei has made it that much easier for fans to get to our Eden Park game.”
To redeem the offer, people need to show their match ticket on busses and trains around Auckland from 4.15 pm until closure of services.
