The Australian Professional Leagues (APL) has today unveiled the dates, venues and fixtures for Unite Round 2024/25.
The Wellington Phoenix women’s team will kick off the weekend on Friday the 22nd of November against Adelaide United at Leichhardt Oval, while the men’s team will take on Melbourne Victory at Allianz Stadium on Sunday the 24th of November.
The weekend of 22-24 November will see Sydney again host Unite Round, which has been moved earlier in the year for the 2024-25 season.
Liberty A-League Women’s games will be played at Leichhardt Oval and Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s games played at Allianz Stadium.
Club members will have the chance to access complimentary tickets for both games.
Tickets for both club members and the general public are set to go on sale in August.
A-Leagues Commissioner Nick Garcia said: “We’ve taken on board feedback from fans, clubs and partners and have made a few changes to make Unite Round 2024/25 bigger and better.
“We’ve ensured clubs’ men’s and women’s teams play on different days to make it easier for fans to attend both matches of their favourite clubs, while a longer lead time will give fans more opportunity to plan their travel to Sydney.
“We’re currently busy working through details of the supporting events and grassroots activities to add to the overall fan experience, as well as working with clubs on special ticket deals for club members.
“We’ll be announcing these in collaboration with clubs, including dates for tickets on sale, in the coming weeks.”
