TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

HOW TO ENTER: Buy a ticket to, and attend, the Wellington Phoenix v Central Coast Mariners Match 5pm, Saturday 13 December 2014 at Eden Park, Auckland (Promotional Match). Between 2pm (gates open) and 5.50pm, text BILBO to 9696 to enter to win the “Take your Army” prize pack (texts cost 20c, prize inclusions below) (Promotional Prize). The Promotional Prize is being awarded by Wellington Phoenix FC (The Promoter).

HOW TO WIN: One winner will be randomly selected from the all text entries, this person will be phoned early in half time of the match. The winner must answer their phone when rung to be successful in claiming their prize. If the person does not answer their phone, the prize is forfeited. This process is repeated until a winner is found. This winner will be announced at half time of the match just before the recommencement of play at the beginning of the second half. The Promotional Prize will be awarded to one winner holding a valid match ticket.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Match Schedule: Any changes made to the schedule or to a Promotional Match are outside of the Promoter’s control. Participants will be solely responsible for ensuring that they keep up to date of all such changes. The Promoter will not be liable to any person as a result of any such changes.

PROMOTIONAL PRIZES: The distribution of a Promotional Prize is subject to the following terms and the Promotion’s full terms and conditions.

The Promotional Prize will be delivered to the winner at the match (where possible), where this is not possible, the prize winner will be contacted after the match with redemption details. Some elements of the prize may be replaced if merchandise is not available.
The Promotional Prize must be redeemed in whole by 28 February 2015. Elements that are not redeemed by this date are forfeited unless permission is sought from the Promoter prior to this date.
If the winner is under 16 years of age then the prize will be awarded to the supervising guardian present at the Promotional Match.
It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that the correct name and address are provided to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prizes delivered to the wrong address.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Warner Bros., MGM, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of entrant’s participation in the Competition or winner’s receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Wellington trip prize includes: Return economy adult flights from Auckland to Wellington for two. Travel to and from flight path is at the prize winner’s expense, as are local transfers when in Wellington. Trip will need to be completed by 28/02/2015. 1 nights’ accommodation in Wellington on twin-sharing basis. Winners will need to cover their own travel insurance. All incidental costs including food and beverages during the stay will need to be covered by the winners.
Film merchandise prize pack valued up to $850 NZD, Items may be subject to change as the discretion of Wellington Phoenix and Roadshow Films.
5 x Double Movie Passes: In season movie pass restrictions apply : Valid from 11th December 2014 and Admits Two. Valid at NZ’s major Exhibitor partners, EVENT, Reading, Hoyts, Berkeley or any participating independent cinema. Not valid on Saturdays after 5pm, on public holidays or at any “IMAX” “La Premiere”, “Cinema Delux”, “Gold Class”, “D-Box”, “Gold Lounge”, Or “Circle Lounge” Screenings. Cinemas reserve the right to refuse vouchers deemed invalid or tampered with. Not valid for 3D or HFR 3D formats. Due to multiple format options for this movie, further restrictions may apply. Tickets cannot be re-sold.
Wellington Phoenix game tickets must be booked before 28 February. Valid for two adult gold tickets at Wellington games only. Redemption is via phoenixadmin@prod.wellingtonphoenix.aleagues.com.au.
Any other additional costs not covered in the promotional prize above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner’s expense.

General Terms and Conditions of Entry:

Buying a ticket to the Promotional Match is deemed entry into the Promotion and is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by you. Alldetails and instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the use of their name and photograph for any promotional purposes carried out by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the Promotion without prior notice and at its discretion or extend, postpone or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to any participant if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, that participant has violated these terms and conditions or has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.
Cash Prizes are as stipulated and are non-transferable. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion is not available for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another prize of like value.
The Promoter will not be liable for any damage or injury whatsoever incurred by any participant (including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss). All prizes are taken entirely at the prize winner’s own risk. Prize winners indemnify the Promoter against any liability for accident or loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the prize. Prize winners will be required to sign a waiver agreement before accepting the prize.
Winning participants are advised that tax implications may arise from the prize winnings and any independent tax and financial advice that a winning participant seeks shall be at his/her cost.
Participants shall indemnify the Promoter for any loss it sustains as a result of a participants act or omission causing loss or injury to another person or entity.
