An unbeaten round of fixtures for the Wellington Phoenix academy.
The men’s reserves travelled north to take on Napier City Rovers and came away with a well-deserved point.
Daniel Makowem’s equaliser ensured a 1-1 draw, keeping them in second place in the Dettol Central League.
A brace for Poppy O’Brien led the women’s reserves to a 5-1 home win over Greytown FC, with Isla Cleall-Harding and Dorothy Yek also scoring.
The U18 women’s team also remained second in the Central League after hammering Taradale 4-0.
Mackenzie Bryant, Katie Pugh, Eliza Vincent, and Isabella Temple all found the net.
There was another win for the U18 men, who beat Western Suburbs 3-1.
Ben Trenberth opened the scoring, before Jacob Kleinsmith and Harrison Kowalczyk rounded out the scoreline.
The U16 boys also won, Jack Clegg and Cruz Pietersen both netting in a 2-1 victory over Stokes Valley.
And the U16 girls kept a clean sheet against Te Kotahitanga but were frustrated at the other end as the game finished scoreless.
Both the U15 and U14 boys fixtures against Island Bay United were postponed.
This weekend sees just one fixture due to school holidays, with the women’s reserves taking on Waterside Karori in the Kate Sheppard Cup quarter-final.
The match will take place at 12pm on Saturday, July 5 at Karori Park.
