Match Day Information at Sky Stadium

How do I buy a ticket?

Match day tickets for Sky Stadium can be purchased from Ticketek.

You can also purchase tickets from the venue box office on the day but ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to kick off to avoid queues which may cause you to enter the venue late.

Can I buy a ticket at the Stadium?

Box offices are operational on match day at all venues however additional charges apply. Allow at least 30 minutes to buy your ticket at the gate in order to get to your seat ready for kickoff.

Is there a difference between booking online and buying at the gate?

Additional charges apply when purchasing online on match day, and at the gate. We strongly recommend purchasing before match day.

When should I arrive at the Stadium?

We strongly recommend arriving at the stadium a minimum of 30 minutes prior to kickoff in order to get through the gates, purchase tickets if required, and purchase any food, drink or merchandise prior to finding your seat.

Is there parking?

Limited parking will be available at Sky Stadium through Ticketek. Parking must be purchased prior to match day and you must print off your parking ticket on paper and display this on your dashboard when parking. Staff are available to assist on match day. If you are a Wellington Phoenix member you are eligible for a discount on match day parking at Sky Stadium. Check your emails for more details.

Is there public transport to the Stadium?

Sky Stadium is located within a 15 minute walk from the Wellington Railway Station where most buses and trains stop. See Metlink for more information.

Does my ticket cover public transport?

At this stage public transport is not included with your membership or event ticket. We will be in contact if and when there are any changes to this policy.

Who do I talk to if I have a problem with my ticket on match day?

Box offices are available at all venues for ticketing and membership issues. At Sky Stadium, see Ticketek for match day ticket issues at Box Office 1, or Flicket for membership issues at Box Office 2. At all other venues, Flicket is both the membership and match day ticket provider.

Is there food at the Stadium? What about dietary requirements?

Sky Stadium has a number of food vendors. See details here and please note Sky Stadium is a cashless venue.

For all venues, check with the vendors if you have any dietary requirements. You may also bring a small amount of non-commercially prepared food for consumption. Please do not bring any beverages other than water in a sealed plastic bottle.

Where do I find terms and conditions?

Terms of entry are available for Sky Stadium. At other venues, specific entry conditions are not available. Spectators at all venues must comply with A-Leagues’ Terms of Admission.

How do I find my seat?

At Sky Stadium, if you are unsure of your seat location you can use their seat finder here.

Security staff are available if you are having trouble on the day.

Is there going to be player signings?

We generally do player signings after every match unless extreme weather makes this impossible. Players will make their way to the stands to sign your items.

How do I get to Sky Stadium?

Sky Stadium has plenty of options for transport, including public transport, driving or taxiing, biking or walking or even catching a ferry. See here for further information.

Can I buy merch at the stadium?

Our trusty merch vendors Paladin will have a setup at Aisle 22 at Sky Stadium every game. Go along and say hi and check out the range!

What is the Yellow Fever zone?

The Yellow Fever is our active supporters zone in aisles 20-21 at Sky Stadium. It can get loud, rowdy and fun with drums and plenty of chanting.

How do I meet Nixie?

Nixie is present at almost all of our home matches. They’re usually out on the plaza when gates open, and during the game they’re regularly spotted meeting fans in the Phoenix Lounge and in the stands – the Yellow Fever area (aisles 20-21) is usually the place to be!
