The Head of Male Academy Physical Performance Scientist will lead the development and implementation of performance science strategies within the academy (U14-U21), while also taking lead with the Men’s Reserve Team. This role is critical in enhancing the physical performance of athletes through data-driven insights, research, and innovative training methodologies, while also working within a multi-disciplinary team to maximising the development and potential of academy players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports science, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for athlete development.

Academy Head of Performance Analysis & Youth Team Coach (1.0)
The Academy Head of Performance Analysis and Youth Team Coach is responsible for overseeing the performance analysis of players within the academy whilst also being responsible for coaching the Boy’s U15 Team (or such other team as directed by the Academy Director). This role combines strategic and performance analysis with hands-on coaching to develop young athletes, enhance their skills, and prepare them for progression through the Academy and on to professional football.
