How do I purchase tickets for a Nix game at Sky Stadium?

Why are you holding a pre-sale for the Sky Stadium game?

We want to give our Members – who have been supporting us from afar this season – a chance to purchase tickets wherever they want, before tickets go on General Public sale. This gives our Members the opportunity to select their preferred seats before the rush.

Should be receiving the Pre-Sale information?

If you bought any of the below, then you should be receiving the Pre-Sale infromation.

2020/21 Virtual Supporters Package Membership (NZ)

2019/20 Season Membership (NZ)

What is a 2020/21 Member?

If you have purchased the Virtual Supporters Package or Australian non-ticketed Membership, then you are a current 2020/21 Member.

Does the Pre-Sale end when the General Public Sale starts?

No, the pre-sale is open up until the game; so you’ll be able to purchase tickets using the code sent to you via email, right up until the fixture is held.

What if I am a 2020/21 Member, 2019/20 Member or Yellow Fever ticket purchaser and haven’t received information on the pre-sale window via email?

Please check your junk email first as it is most likely sitting in there. 

I’ve just purchased my ezy tickets but can’t find them in the confirmation email?

Tickets are still on suppression so they will take about a week to be sent through.

How do I book tickets for large groups (10+)?

Please contact Ticketek on the Phoenix hotline, 04 384 2457 to book large groups for the match.

What is the Yellow Fever Zone?

As a previous Foundation Member, can I access the Phoenix Lounge again for this game?

Is there disabled seating available at Sky Stadium?

Yes, disabled seating options are available through Ticketek. We have a specific disability/wheelchair booking hotline at 0800 686 677, as wheelchair spaces can’t be booked online.

Can my young child get in for free?

All Children under four years old will get in for free.

How do I update my personal details on my account?

I can’t remember my username – help!

As you are not purchasing through the usual Wellington Phoenix Memberlink portal, you will need to have a Ticketek account.

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘forgot password’ prompt and you will be sent an email with instructions to reset.
  • If you have forgotten your username, please contact Ticketek via phoenix@ticketek.co.nz or by calling the Phoenix Ticketek hotline on 04 384 2457.

Where do I go if I have a concern or issue on Match Day?

On Match day, Ticketek staff are located at the ticketing booths at the front entrance to Sky Stadium near the turnstiles.

What is a Concession?

A Concession applies to super annuitants and Veterans. Members who purchase a Concession Membership must bring valid ID to present upon entry to the venue.
