The Wellington Phoenix Football Club are proud to support local communities in the Wellington region, and the greater Aotearoa.
Wellington Phoenix look forward to receiving requests and assisting individuals, clubs, schools, and charities where we can. Please note, we receive high volumes of requests for donations and support consistently throughout the year. Due to these high demands, we ask you to please adhere to the following conditions for all donation requests.
- All requests for donations are to be submitted via our Wellington Phoenix Donation Request Form. Once completed, save as a PDF format and send to email@example.com, or post to NZCIS – Block B, Level 3, 30 Somme Road, Trentham, Upper Hutt 5018.
- Requests must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the event.
- Requests for monetary donations will not be accepted.
- Merchandise sent to the club for signing purposes will not be accepted. This policy will only be waived if merchandise can be delivered to and picked up from NZCIS – Block B, Level 3, 30 Somme Road, Trentham, Upper Hutt 5018.
On account of our limited resources, we are unable to accommodate all requests received from individuals, clubs, schools, and charities.
However, requests adhering to the above conditions will receive a response.
